Astonished to read that calculations of falling living standards don't account for housing costs. How much worse would it be if they did?
Thanks! There are apparently pretty understandable economic reasons for keeping them out of inflation metrics, but that also means they're essentially forgotten about. And no ASI Boat Party for me this year!
